Booking Policy
A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received. This helps us reserve dedicated time for each client and maintain an organized schedule.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment within one week if proper notice is given before cancellation.
Failure to provide notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
Late Arrival Policy
We understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in additional charges, reduced service time, or appointment cancellation depending on our schedule for the day.
Hair Preparation Requirements
To ensure the best results:
Hair must be clean and freshly washed
Hair should be blow-dried before arrival
No oils, grease, or leave-in conditioners should be applied
Hair should be at least 3–4 inches long around the edges for most styles
Clients who arrive without proper hair preparation may need to reschedule their appointment.
Service Timing
Braiding styles can take several hours depending on the selected style and hair length. We recommend avoiding important events immediately after your appointment to allow enough time for quality service without rushing.

At GSS Hair Braiding, cleanliness and client safety are a top priority. We maintain a clean working environment and sanitize tools and equipment regularly to ensure a comfortable and hygienic experience for every client.
Privacy & Security
Your personal information, including contact details and booking information, is kept private and secure. We do not sell, share, or distribute client information to third parties without consent, except when required to complete booking or payment services.
Client Respect Policy
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for everyone. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
